Each milestone is worth $1200, except for the first milestone which is worth $2400.
Payment for the 5th milestone is dependant on whether or not it is necessary to take a 5th week. This will e discussed at the proper time.

Week 1
Discuss and finalize a working design. Find/build some layouts that will work with that design. Build a database schema. THQ will work with and provide feedback on this design.

Week 2
Using the database schema built the previous week, begin building assets and submissions. Begin tying these two types together. By the end of the week create assets that belong to submissions. Start creating user authentication and user types.

Week 3
We want to be able to log users and allow administrators to manage these users. Continue work on submissions and assets. By the end of the week, while not bug-free, submissions should be 90% working. Minor design update on user permissions with input from THQ.

Week 4
This is a week to continue working on previously implemented features. Polish up submissions, user logging. Begin work on deployment. Any discussion with THQ about redefining features and milestones should happen here.
